Do not send mail or packages to the unit. The mailbox/mailroom isn't available for guests. For mail/packages, send them to a drop-off/pickup point (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) If it is determined that the unit requires extensive cleaning, an additional fee may be added. Pet fees range from $100-$250 based on size and length of stay. There is a $100 replacement fee for any misplaced key fobs/parking passes. Up to a $1000 fine per infraction with immediate reservation termination and eviction without refund for any: - Parties and unregistered events or guests - Excessive noise - Smoking, vaping, or drug use - Unsupervised/unregistered animals or pets - Missing, damaged, stolen, or irreparably stained items, furniture, or linens - Tampering of security devices, utilities, or appliances
